1. Services Provided
Lone Star Zip Lines specializes in the design and installation of residential zip line systems across Texas. All services are custom-built for each client property.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available only to individuals 18 years or older who can legally enter into binding contracts under Texas law.
3. Estimates & Proposals
- All project estimates are provided in good faith based on property details and site assessments.
- Final pricing may vary depending on terrain, engineering requirements, materials, or changes requested by the client.
- Written proposals are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
4. Payments
- A deposit is required to secure scheduling and begin procurement of materials.
- Remaining balance is due according to the terms outlined in your proposal or contract.
- We accept payments via approved methods listed in your invoice.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of work or legal collection efforts.
5. Safety & Use
- Lone Star Zip Lines designs and installs systems using industry safety standards (including ACCT principles) and professional-grade materials.
- Once installed, the client assumes full responsibility for safe use, supervision, and ongoing maintenance of the zip line system.
- Zip lines are inherently recreational and carry risks of injury. By using the system, you acknowledge and accept those risks.
- Children must be supervised at all times while using the system.
6. Warranties & Limitations
- We warrant our workmanship for 12 months following installation.
- This warranty does not cover: misuse, lack of supervision, normal wear and tear, weather damage, or modifications by others.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lone Star Zip Lines is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from use of the zip line after installation and handoff.
7. Maintenance & Inspections
- Regular inspections and maintenance are the responsibility of the client.
- We recommend annual professional inspections to maintain system integrity and safety.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, images, graphics, and branding) is the property of Lone Star Zip Lines and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services if a client violates these Terms or engages in unsafe or unlawful conduct.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be handled in courts located within [Insert County], Texas.
